If your Regular Scheduled Garbage Day Falls ON or AFTER One of these days, Your Garbage day will be bumped ONE day later in the week.  (EXAMPLE.... Holiday is on Monday, Your Regular Day is Tuesday.    Your NEW day for that week is Wednesday)
